For just $799, below its 30-day average of $1101.20. The 90-day average sits at $971.59 and the 180-day average at $943.77, so this price undercuts both by a wide margin.

This is one of the few times the 6000A has dropped this far below its typical street price.

What You're Getting

The Audiolab 6000A packs 100 watts per channel into a clean, minimalist chassis with Bluetooth aptX HD streaming built in. It runs separate preamp and power sections for better signal isolation and upgrade flexibility. A dedicated MM phono input means turntable owners can plug straight in without an external preamp. Auto standby keeps power draw low when the system is idle.

Who This Is For

Best for: anyone building or upgrading a two-channel stereo system who wants a single box that handles digital sources, vinyl, and Bluetooth streaming without compromise. The 6000A earns its place in a serious budget-to-midrange setup.

Skip it if you need multi-channel home theater processing or a built-in streamer with app control.

Final Verdict

The Audiolab 6000A already competes with amps costing hundreds more on build and sound alone. At $799, it undercuts its own recent averages by over $200 and delivers genuine value for anyone ready to commit to a dedicated stereo rig now.
