Motorola Teases Breakthrough Refresh Rate for Moto Razr 2023

Motorola has teased that its upcoming Moto Razr 2023 will have a breakthrough refresh rate. According to reports, the device's inner display will have a 144Hz refresh rate, which is a step up from the 120Hz refresh rate seen in the current crop of folding phones.

The Moto Razr 2023 is also expected to come with a 6.7-inch 1080p panel, and the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 has been rumored to be the chipset of choice, although a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is also a possibility. As for the battery, it may be close to the 3,500mAh of the current model or a downgrade to a 2,850mAh battery to accommodate a larger outer screen.

However, a smaller cover screen version is also said to be in development. Additionally, there's still no confirmation on what the device will be named. Motorola could opt for Razr+ 2023 or go with a name like Pro or Ultra.

Motorola has not yet revealed an official release date for the Moto Razr 2023, but with these specs being leaked, the device could be coming soon.
