How to enable Samsung Galaxy S20/20+ Do not Disturb Mode

Enabling Samsung Galaxy S20/S20+ Do Not Disturb Mode

Turning the Samsung Galaxy S20/S20+ Do Not Disturb Mode is simple, all you have to do is tap the dedicated button in the Quick Settings, and you’re done. But, there is much more to this mode than you may think. You can add the schedule, and if you do that, the mode will turn on and off at selected times.

Here is what you need to do:

  • Go to Settings and tap on Notifications
  • The next step is to tap on Do not disturb
  • Tap the switch to enable the feature
  • Tap Add schedule
  • You’ll have to edit or change the name of the schedule
  • Choose the days that you want
  • Tap on Start time, then select the time, tap Done, click on the End time, and do the same.
  • Finally, tap on the “Save” button.

Adding Exceptions is a great way to make sure you won’t miss important messages or calls that you could be expecting. If you want to add them, just follow the steps below:

Go to Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb. Under the part “Exceptions,” tap Calls, Messages, and conversations, then Alarms and Sounds, and make the changes you want.
