Steps to fix Google play store error 24
Method 1: This method will fix the error for sure, but it needs root
> First you have to install a file manager, like Root Manager.
> Browse to internal storage android/data/com.whatsapp
> Then the folder named com.whatsapp needs to be deleted.
> Now again install WhatsApp from Google Play store.
Method 2: Delete the junk files via Cleanmaster
> Install Claenmaster on your android device.
> Uninstall the WhatsApp application.
> Launch Claenmaster, search the junk files and simply clean them. If any important files are detected by Claenmaster, uncheck them before deleting.
If the first two methods fail to solve the Google play store error 24, then you need to perform a factory reset. But before that, backup the important data and apps on your android device.
