Ways to Delete Email account from Gmail app on Galaxy S4

There are two methods to delete an email account from Gmail app on Galaxy S4. One through the Gmail app and the other way is from settings.

 

Method 1: From Gmail App

> Launch the Email app.

> Press the Menu key and select settings.

> Click Account settings to see all the email accounts that you have included in your phone.

> Press the trash icon that is located at the top right corner of the phone screen.

> Click on the email account then that you want to remove.

> Press ‘Delete’ and then ‘OK’ to confirm. The selected email account will be deleted from your email app.

 

Method 2: From the Settings

> Go to the settings Menu on the Home screen.

> Select Account and then email. You can see all the email accounts that you have added in your Samsung Galaxy S4.

> Select the account to be deleted from phone.

> Click Remove account and Remove account button to confirm.

> The account will be removed from your phone and anything you delete here will be removed from the email app also.
