Why This Matters

A 2,600 RPM Vortex motor is intended to grind everyday food scraps quickly and help reduce jamming, which matters during basic meal prep when peels and scraps accumulate. The continuous feed design is listed as continuous feed technology with galvanized steel grind components. A 360 degree Clean Rinse feature is described as rinsing away food scraps to help eliminate odors.

What You're Getting

This disposal uses a half-horsepower motor and a compact, lightweight body that frees up space under the sink. The listing says it fits most existing assemblies, including other brands, and notes that Moen is not affiliated with or endorsed by Emerson Electric or the InSinkErator brand. It is also described as safe for use with properly sized septic tanks, and the listing says disposals can reduce waste sent to landfills.

Who This Is For

This model suits households that do basic meal prep and want help with cleanup, especially where under-sink space is limited. Replacing an older unit is the most likely use, and assembly and mounting are required.

Final Verdict

At the listed sale price, this disposal offers a compact option with a cord already attached. Confirm that it suits your sink and drain setup before purchase.
