Apple is reportedly developing a new version of its Beats Studio headphones called Beats Studio Pro, according to code found in the macOS Ventura 13.4 release candidate.

The Beats Studio Pro headphones will have a different model number, A2924, from the upcoming Beats Studio Buds+ earphones. The design looks to be similar to the current Beats Studio3 headphones, which were launched in 2017, but with internal improvements.

Apple is likely to add an updated chip, improved active noise cancellation, a transparency mode, and "Hey Siri" support to justify the "Pro" moniker. Apple is said to be working with Samuel Ross of A-Cold-Wall on the development of these headphones.

A launch date for the new headphones is not yet known, but new Beats products often show up in iOS and macOS updates weeks or months before launch.
