Apple has launched @AppleSupport, Apple’s official Twitter account to help the users by answering anything related to Apple products and services. This Apple account was mentioned on @AppleMusicHelp account.
“Starting today, follow @AppleSupport for tips & questions on Apple Music + more!”
Apple users will get tips, tricks, and helpful information. You can ask anything as long as it’s associated with Apple, and if it’s necessary you can send a direct message to their account.
“We’re here to provide tips, tricks and helpful information when you need it most, and if you have a question, well – we’re here to help with that too.”
Their first tip is about how to make a checklist on Notes app, while on tweet and replies, they have served more than 2800 tweets. @AppleSupport only follow Apple Service and some of their top leaders. Their account has been followed by more than 123K Twitter account within one day. This service completes the Apple Support phone center and Genius Bar in Apple Store.
They will answer the questions and your DM every day from 5am-8pm PST.
