How To Set Up SpO2 And Stress Level On S Health On Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Samsung has added the S Health app in its latest device Galaxy Note 4. Galaxy S5 also has this feature but in Samsung Galaxy Note 4, this feature came with more improved version. Now users can set up SpO2 and Stress Level on S Health on Samsung Galaxy Note 4. In our previous post, we have discussed the procedures to set up UV intensity on S Health. Here I am going to describe a step by step process to set up SpO2 and Stress Level on S Health on Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

> Tap Apps icon from the Home screen.

> Touch S Health.

> The S Health app is equipped with a SpO2. Touch SpO2.

> Hit Ok.

> In order to begin with measurement, put your finger gently on the sensor. Do not press hard and make sure that you are placing your fingertip at the center of the sensor.

> Do not take your finger off from the sensor until the S Health finishes measuring.

When the measurement is being taken, do not talk or move. One thing you should remember that S Health is not for medical or clinical use.

Steps to set up Stress Level on S Health

> Touch Apps from the Home screen of the phone.

> Touch S Health app.

> Take the screen to the right; you will see SpO2. Touch on it.

> S Health is also equipped with a stress level measurement function. Touch Stress.

> Hit Ok.

> Start measurement by placing your finger on the sensor gently. Press lightly and make sure that you have put your finger at the center of the sensor.

> The measurement will be started automatically.

> Do not move your finger from the sensor until the S Health completes taking measurement. It may take a few seconds to complete the measurement.
