Apple Pay is slowly and gradually replacing those plastic cards that we use to make payments at the stores. It allows you to securely make payments through your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, using the NFC technology which is available at many merchant stores in the U.S. That really sounds good because now you won’t have to enter your secret PIN in front of those employees. But what if you want to remove, or cancel a card from the Apple Pay? Sounds like a problem.

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad from which you want to remove that credit card.
  2. Head over to the Passbook & Apple Pay
  3. Select the credit card/debit card that you want to remove.
  4. Now tap on Remove Card. You will have to scroll all the way to the bottom.

And that’s it. But one thing you should remember, is that Apple Pay works on a per device basis. This means that you will have to manually remove that card from all the Apple Pay devices. Or you can simply remove that card from the iCloud, and it will be removed from all the Apple Pay devices too. I will shortly be writing about how you can remotely remove your credit cards from all Apple Pay accounts. So watch out for that.
