Nearly 60 leaked press images show Samsung is preparing a massive lineup of official watch bands across six categories for the Galaxy Watch 9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, with distinct design languages separating the two models.

The bands surfaced through Android Headlines ahead of Samsung's July 22 Galaxy Unpacked event in London, where the company is expected to unveil both smartwatches alongside the Galaxy Z Fold8, Z Fold8 Ultra, and Z Flip8. The leak covers roughly 60 renders spanning Marine, Trail, Sport, Sporty, Hybrid, Fabric, and pastel-exclusive bands.

Samsung is drawing a hard line between its two watch lines through the band hardware. Ultra 2 bands carry "Ultra" branding near the strap end and use a different connector than the Watch 9 bands, making them non-interchangeable. The Watch 9 bands retain the same quick-release locking mechanism introduced with the Galaxy Watch 8.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 is getting a Marine Band in Beige, Black, Blue, Green, and Orange, along with a Trail Band in Black, Blue, and Orange that resembles the one offered for the original Galaxy Watch Ultra. A Fabric Band for the Ultra 2 features a more rugged buckle design.

For the Galaxy Watch 9, Samsung is introducing a range of pastel-colored bands available exclusively for that model, including Blue, Green, Light Yellow, and White options. The standard Sport Band returns with a refreshed design featuring a subtle concave center section instead of the flat silhouette of last year's model.

Colors include Yellow, Green, Light Blue, and Black. A Hybrid Band with a leather-like finish but workout-friendly materials will be available in Beige, Black, Brown, and Gray for both watches. The Sporty Band, which resembles last year's Marine Band design, comes in Black, Cream, Green, Light Blue, and Orange.

The leaked images likely don't represent the full launch lineup. Samsung typically expands its band catalog over time, and the company could add more options by the July 22 Unpacked event. The bands are also expected to be backward compatible with the Galaxy Watch 8 and the original Galaxy Watch Ultra, since Samsung is keeping the same locking mechanism across generations.
