Samsung's Galaxy AI is expanding beyond smartphones into an ecosystem strategy that includes manufacturing automation and connected healthcare, as showcased at Mobile World Congress this week in Barcelona.
The company unveiled its expanded exhibition at MWC 2026 running March 2-5 at Fira Gran Via, building on momentum from last month's Galaxy Unpacked event. Samsung's demonstration positions Galaxy AI as evolving into what it calls "a truly agentic companion" delivering personalized experiences across devices.
Key experiences highlighted include what Samsung claims is the world's first built-in Privacy Display for mobile devices, giving users control over screen visibility without compromising everyday viewing. The feature controls viewing angles to limit peripheral vision of content.
Google simultaneously announced expansion of its AI-powered scam protection across Android devices this week, bringing real-time call and message fraud detection to more phones and countries. Starting with the Galaxy S26 series unveiled at Samsung Unpacked, Google's Scam Detection for phone calls appears outside the Pixel ecosystem for the first time.
Samsung will showcase its Connected Care vision strengthened by Xealth following its acquisition in 2025. Through exclusive hands-on experiences with Galaxy XR and Galaxy TriFold devices, visitors see how Samsung continues leading into what it terms "the mobile AI era."
The company also highlights its AI-Driven Factories initiative aiming to transition global manufacturing operations into automated facilities by 2030. These systems use multi-agent AI to streamline network lifecycle management from planning and installation through maintenance and optimization.
Samsung will unveil "Network in a Server," its software-driven next-generation edge AI solution opening new business opportunities for enterprises. Live demonstrations of multi-agent systems will be presented at the event showing how agents handle everything from troubleshooting to user experience management.
Satellite communication features will begin rolling out in Canada and the United States according to each carrier's rollout plan, with Spain and United Kingdom deployments following based on regional network availability and regulatory requirements.
Visitors can explore these innovations firsthand at Samsung's Galaxy Experience Booth in Hall 3 at Fira Gran Via through March 5.
