Fallout reaches its first Nintendo platform with a complete Anniversary Edition package now available on Switch 2 for $59.99 digitally, bringing all six expansions and over 150 Creation Club items to handheld play.

Bethesda delivered its second major title to Nintendo's new hybrid console following The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition's December launch.

The release fulfills a promise made earlier this month when Bethesda confirmed several titles would arrive on Switch 2 this year during a Nintendo Direct presentation.

This marks the first appearance of a mainline Fallout game on any Nintendo system, expanding Bethesda's reach beyond traditional PC, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms.

The Anniversary Edition includes every official add-on released since the game's 2015 debut: Automatron, Wasteland Workshop, Far Harbor, Contraption Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop, and Nuka-World.

Beyond the six expansions, players gain access to more than 150 pieces of Creation Club content featuring previously unreleased weapons, quests, companions, cosmetics and settlement options.

The complete package totals 60.8GB of storage space, pushing beyond the Switch 2's built-in 256GB capacity and making a microSD Express card practically necessary for installation.

A physical code-in-box version arrives April 28 alongside a similar release for Skyrim Anniversary Edition. Both follow the digital edition's availability through Nintendo's eShop starting February 24.

Bethesda continues expanding its Switch 2 presence with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle scheduled for May 12 and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered planned for later this year.

The company released an explosive launch trailer showcasing post-nuclear Boston exploration across handheld and docked modes.

The Switch 2 version arrives after what GamingBolt described as "a widely controversial release on other platforms" for the Anniversary Edition, though performance improvements for Nintendo's hardware.
