MWC 2016: Alcatel Plus 10 Is A Hybrid Windows 10 Device With Keyboard LTE

At MWC 2016 event, Alcatel introduced a Windows 10 device, named Alcatel Plus 10. They bring the hybrid form factor to follow Mircosoft Surface. A 10.1-inch display size and a keyboard accessory can turn this device into a laptop. The device adopts a standard resolution, 1280 x 800 with IPS LCD technology, which makes it comfortable to be seen from all viewing angles. The stereo speakers are situated on the left and right side of the display, in a landscape position.

The performance of this hybrid device is supported by Intel Atom x5 Z8350 1.92GHz processor with a pretty small memory. There is a microSD card slot to extend the storage up to 64GB, provide its small 32GB of internal storage. With a hybrid form factor that allows it to become a tablet, Plus 10 is equipped with 2 megapixels front-facing camera in the corner and a 5 megapixels camera on the back.

Its keyboard has a unique feature, that can be used as a 4GLTE hotspot and can provide a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to 15 devices. The keyboard has a full-size USB port, a micro USB and a micro HDMI. On the keyboard has the additional battery, 2,580mAh. Alcatel claims that 10 Plus can  last up to 8 hours of usage.

The Alcatel 10 Plus is available in silver, black, and a gray leather finish. This device will be available in June in Europe, Latin America, The Middle East, and Africa.
