iOS 9.1 Is Now Available, Is It The Perfect Time To Update?

The sequel update for iOS 9 – iOS 9.1 is now available. It brings more than 150 new emojis and improvements to Live Photos. This badge sign update can be seen on the Settings icon on your iOS device or the pop up message that will appear when you connect your iOS device to iTunes on the computer. You can also check this software update manually on your iOS device through Settings >> General >> Software Update.

As you can see in the Release Note from Apple, this update includes new features, improvements, and bug fixes, including:

  • Live Photos now intelligently senses when you raise or lower your iPhone, so that Live PHotos will automatically not record these movements.
  •  Over 150 new emoji characters with full support for Unicode 7.0 and 8.0 emojis.

This Release Note is measly I think. Some users complained about bug notification on iOS 9.0.2. Does this issue have not been solved yet on iOS 9.1? We need to check it further. So, is it the right time to upgrade? I think, if it’s the first time for you to upgrade to iOS 9, this can be the perfect time, because iOS 9.1 is not a minor upgrade like iOS 9.0.2. I didn’t say that iOS 9.1 is the most stable iOS, but the iOS upgrade in the Apple world is very important, one of the reasons is to be able to follow the development of applications in the App Store. But, the final decision is up to you, of course, are you ready to upgrade?
