How to reset Roku: Reset button
Newer devices come with the Reset button located on the back of the device, so all you have to do is press and hold the button for 20 seconds. If you have an older device that comes with a pinhole reset, you will have to use a paper clip so that you can press and hold the button.
Once the reset is completed, you will see the Home screen and you will have to set up your device.
