- Open the Settings app from the Home screen
- Find System and tap on it
- Next, tap Advanced
- Tap Reset options
- Now tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
- Tap Reset network settings
- If you have set a password, PIN or pattern you will have to enter it now
- Now tap Reset settings to confirm the action.
