If you pin a chat, it will always be displayed at the top of the list so you can easily access it without the need to go through the list and look for a specific chat window. How to pin favorite chats on Viber
If you want some chat windows to be displayed at the top of the list, you will have to pin them. To do so, tap and hold the chat with a specific person. A menu will show up, and all you have to do is tap Pin at the top. As soon as you tap it, that specific chat window will move to the top of the chats list.
How to unpin chats
If you change your mind at some point, you may want to remove the chat from the top of the list. One way of doing that is by deleting the chat, but perhaps you want to save the conversation, so this wouldn’t be the wisest option. A much easier and more convenient one is to unpin a chat. To do so, tap and hold the chatbox and then tap Unpin this chat. Once you do this, the chatbox will no longer be at the top of the list.
