When you find a product that you are interested in and considering buying it, but you have a question for the seller, you can always contact the seller and get the answers you are seeking. How to message sellers on Etsy

So, let’s say you found something you like but want to know more about the material or the product. You can always contact the seller and ask questions. Sellers typically provide answers in a matter of hours. You can message sellers on the Etsy website and do the same using the app.

If you are on the website:

  • Find the product you are interested in and click on it
  • The page with the product will open up
  • You will see who the seller is, and you will see the option “Message (name of the seller)” at the bottom of the page
  • Click on that option
  • A chat box will show up and you can type your message here

If you are using the app, the process is similar. Find the item you are interested in, tap on it, and the product page will open. Scroll down and click on the option “Ask a question.” Type your question and send it to the seller.
