A Paramount Plus password reset can break before the email arrives, after the link opens, or inside the app before the request even goes through. Start with the fastest official reset path, then use the exact fix for the point where it fails.
Use the direct reset page first
Start here when the app or sign-in page keeps looping.
- 1.Go to https://www.paramountplus.com/account/forgotpassword/ in a browser.
- 2.Enter the email address tied to your Paramount+ account.
- 3.Select the form’s submit option.
- 4.Open the Reset your password email.
- 5.Use the reset link, then enter and confirm the new password.
Start from the sign in page
If the direct page does not load cleanly, go to https://www.paramountplus.com/account/signin/ instead. Select Forgot password?, enter the email address for the account, and use the reset email to create the new password.
If this method fails, switch to Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge, then try the direct forgot-password page again.
Replace an expired reset link
This fixes reset emails that open to an expired-link message.
Paramount+ reset links expire after 10 minutes, and each link works only once.
Go back to https://www.paramountplus.com/account/forgotpassword/ and request a new reset email.
Open the newest Paramount+ reset email and use its link within 10 minutes.
Find the missing reset email
When the reset email never arrives, look in spam or junk first, then look for a blocked-sender rule.
In Gmail, open Spam and look for the reset message. If the sender is blocked, open Settings, select See all settings, choose Filters and Blocked Addresses, select the sender, and choose Unblock selected addresses.
In Outlook on the web or new Outlook, open Settings, then Mail, then Junk email. Remove the blocked Paramount+ address or domain, then add the sender address shown on the Paramount+ reset email under safe senders and domains if the message keeps getting filtered.
In Apple Mail on Mac, select the message in Junk and click the Junk button in the Mail toolbar, or drag the message to Inbox. On iCloud.com, open Junk, select the message, choose Move Message, select Inbox, and click Move.
Clean up a broken browser reset page
Paramount+ supports Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Switch to one of those browsers, open https://www.paramountplus.com/account/forgotpassword/, and try the reset again.
Private browsing can bypass stale cookies, extensions, or signed-in sessions. In Chrome, open More and choose New Incognito window; in Edge, open Settings and more and choose New InPrivate window; in Safari on Mac, open File and choose New Private Window.
If the page still fails, clear browsing data. In Chrome, use Delete browsing data, select Cookies and other site data and cached data, then choose Delete data; in Edge, open Settings and more, Settings, Privacy, search, and services, Clear browsing data, and Choose what to clear, then select cookies and cache and choose Clear now.
On Safari for Mac, open Safari, Settings, Privacy, and Manage Website Data, then remove Paramount+ data or choose Remove All. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, Apps, Safari, and Clear History and Website Data.
Reset from the Paramount Plus app
Open the Paramount+ app.
Tap Forgot Password from the app home or sign-in screen.
Enter the email address used to register the Paramount+ account.
Open the Reset your password email.
Use the link to create the new password.
If the app screen freezes or never loads, update Paramount+ from the App Store on iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, or from Google Play on Android or Google TV.
On Fire TV, go to Settings, Applications, Manage Installed Applications, select Paramount+, and choose Force Stop before reopening the app.
When the app keeps failing, use the web reset page from a phone or computer.
Recover a partner account login
Use this path when Paramount+ access comes through a TV, internet, mobile, or partner provider.
- 1.Open the Paramount+ app and choose Sign In With A Partner.
- 2.Select your TV provider or partner.
- 3.On a TV, enter the activation code at paramountplus.com/activate.
- 4.Use the provider’s forgot-ID or forgot-password links if that login fails.
- 5.For Apple TV Channels, follow the Apple steps below.
On Roku, the partner option is labeled Link with Partner Account instead.
If you pay for Paramount+ through Apple TV Channels in the U.S., go to paramountplus.com/partner, select Apple, and sign in with the Apple Account that pays for the channel. After that one-time step, you sign in to the Paramount+ app and website with the Paramount+ email and password you created there, not your Apple Account, so reset that password with the Paramount+ reset steps above.
Outside the U.S., open the Paramount+ app, choose Sign In With A Partner, select Apple TV, and sign in with your Apple Account. If the Apple Account password fails in either case, reset it with Apple first, then try Paramount+ again.
