Let Roblox detect your actual location
If you recently moved to another country, Roblox uses automatic regional detection to update your account location. There is no published country-selection procedure to follow in account settings.
Use Roblox from your actual location and allow its regional detection to update your account.
Roblox publishes no deadline for this change. If your old country still appears immediately after moving, there is no fixed waiting period to count down.
If you use a VPN, disconnect it
Open your VPN app.
Disconnect the VPN using its own controls.
Use Roblox on your normal local internet connection. Roblox warns that VPNs affect location accuracy; disconnecting one does not guarantee a corrected country or an instant reset.
Keep the VPN disconnected while Roblox detects your actual location.
Check the country in Account Info
View your detected location on the Roblox website or in the mobile app.

Contact support when the country stays wrong
If Roblox keeps showing the wrong country, ask Roblox Support for assistance. Roblox does not promise a manual location override through support.
Open the Roblox support form.
Enter your username to identify the affected account.
Select your device under What device are you having the problem on?.
Under Type of help category, choose How To, then How To - Change My Location. Roblox’s support form serves this option directly, even though Roblox does not publish the full category list in its help articles.
In Description of issue, explain which country your account shows and which country you actually live in. Include a recent relocation or VPN use when relevant.
If you have applicable personal-data correction rights, submit a correction request through the Customer Support Form or email [email protected].
Identify the inaccurate information and request its correction. Eligibility and verification requirements apply, and this process does not promise a manual change to your account location.
For a user under 13, have a parent or guardian submit the form.
Regional app access is a separate issue
Your app store’s country controls regional app access. Changing your Apple Account or Google Play country does not directly override the location Roblox detects for your account.
When you need a regional app, set the correct storefront region before obtaining it, as Roblox advises. Downloading or reinstalling Roblox is not an official account-location correction method.
Pay attention before signing in to Roblox-VNG, the Vietnam edition. Roblox states that after your first login to Roblox-VNG, you cannot use the global app with that account. Switching editions is not a reversible location fix, and Roblox provides no official self-service reversal procedure.
