Canceling a free trial on BroadwayHD

It is very important for us to mention that the BroadwayHD platform is not going to send you a notification email notifying you that your free trial is about to expire. If you plan on canceling your subscription before your free trial ends, it is for the best if you remember that date. So, if you do not want to get billed and eventually pay a monthly subscription fee to the BroadwayHD platform, remember the expiration date of your free trial and cancel a day before it ends. The trial is ending the second you cancel it and end it, you will not be able to stream anything afterward.

Since you want to cancel your free trial on BroadwayHD, you will have to go to the BroadwayHD website and log into your account. Once you have logged into your BroadwayHD account, open the My Account page to expand your profile and eventually open up the Settings. To open up the Settings, click on the little gear icon that should be located in the top right corner of the My Account page. Now, find the Subscription bar and find the Free Trial section there. You should be able to see that the Cancel button is displayed right under that Free Trial section, click on it. Your free trial is going to be ended right away and you will no longer be able to stream the BroadwayHD’s content.

Have in mind that you are always able to create a new account on BroadwayHD and get another free trial if you want to stream their content for free.

Steps to canceling your regular subscription to BroadwayHD

The steps for canceling your regular subscription to BroadwayHD are kind of the same from the previous paragraph of this article. You will have to open up the BroadwayHD platform in your browser. You can also click on this link to get redirected straight away. Of course, you have to log into your BroadwayHD account in order to continue.

After you have been logged into your BroadwayHD account, you should be able to see the My Account page right away (if you have opened BroadwayHD via the link that we have given to you). Find the Subscriptions section on that page there. And once you have found that Subscriptions section, you should also be able to see that the Unsubscribe button is located right under it. Click on that Unsubscribe button.

You will be able to see that a small notification window has shown up on your screen. In that window, you should choose the reason why you want to end your subscription to BroadwayHD, and also, they will be notifying you that you will no longer be able to stream any kind of content on BroadwayHD until you decide to pay a monthly subscription again. If you are ending your subscription in the middle of the month, you will have the ability to stream the content until the end of it, but not after that. Once again, click on the Unsubscribe button to finally end your subscription to BroadwayHD. And that was pretty much it!
