Juno webmail has multiple current entry points, and the direct page needs only your member ID before @juno.com.
Use the browser routes first, then set up POP and SMTP in a mail app when you want Juno messages outside the web inbox.
Every path below uses Juno's current browser links and official POP/SMTP settings.
1. Open the direct Juno webmail sign in page
Open https://webmail.juno.com/ or https://webmail.juno.com/cgi-bin/login.cgi?domain=juno.com in a desktop or mobile browser.
The direct path is Juno Member ID > Password > Sign in to Email on the Web.
Enter only the member ID before @juno.com in Juno Member ID, then enter your password.
Check Keep me signed in if you want the page to keep you signed in.
2. Launch mail from My Juno
Go to https://my.juno.com/ in a desktop or mobile browser.
Look for the Welcome! heading and the email links near it.
Select Sign Into Email when you need to sign in.
Select Go to Email after you are signed in to open Juno Email on the Web.
This route fits the My Juno start page workflow.
3. Enter from the Juno home page
Go to https://www.juno.com/.
Choose Sign in to your Email.
Enter your Juno credentials when prompted.
Open your mailbox after sign-in completes.
4. Add Juno to a mail app with POP and SMTP
Open your email app and choose manual account setup.
Select POP or POP3.
Set Incoming mail or POP3 server to pop.juno.com.
Set Outgoing mail or SMTP server to smtp.juno.com.
Enter Email address as [email protected].
Enter Username as [email protected].
Enter Password as your Juno password.
Turn on SSL when the app asks for a secure connection; Juno recommends SSL when connected through a third-party ISP or LAN.
Use POP and SMTP because Juno's official setup information verifies POP/SMTP, not IMAP.
5. Set up Juno Mail on iPhone iPad or Mac
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account.
Enter your Juno email address and tap Next.
Choose Add Other Account > Mail Account.
Fill Name, Email Address, Password, and Description.
When Mail asks for manual server settings, choose POP and use Juno's POP and SMTP settings.
On Mac, open Mail > Add Account, enter your Juno email address, and follow the prompts.
Use the same Juno POP and SMTP settings when macOS asks for manual server details.
6. Configure Thunderbird or Outlook for Juno
In Thunderbird, open Account Settings from the Tools or Edit menu, or use Application menu > Options or Preferences > Account Settings.
Select Account Actions > Add Mail Account.
Enter your Juno account details, choose Continue, then choose Manual Configuration.
Set the incoming POP server and outgoing SMTP server using Juno settings, choose Re-test, then finish setup.
In classic Outlook for Windows, which covers Outlook for Microsoft 365, 2024, 2021, 2019, and 2016, open File > Account Settings > Server Settings for an existing account. New Outlook for Windows has no equivalent route, so follow Microsoft's separate new Outlook account guidance there.
Choose Incoming mail or Outgoing mail and enter the Juno POP or SMTP server, port, encryption, username, and password.
Classic Outlook also has a Control Panel route: Control Panel > Mail > Email Accounts > Change > More Settings > Advanced.
That one is classic Outlook only as well.
7. Why Gmail is no longer a Juno route
Gmail used to be a usable middle layer for Juno mail, and both halves of that route have now closed.
In the Gmail app on Android, Google's current setup documentation offers only Personal (IMAP) for providers that are not on its built-in list, so there is no way to add a Juno POP account there, and Juno's official setup information specifies POP3 and SMTP rather than IMAP.
On Gmail for desktop web, Google is removing Check mail from other accounts outright.
It stopped supporting new users after the first quarter of 2026, and people who already had it keep it only until January 2027.
If it is still sitting in your account under Settings > See all settings > Accounts and import, it will keep working until then, but do not build a new Juno setup on it.
Use Juno Email on the Web in a browser for everyday access.
Use a mail app that accepts manual POP and SMTP setup, such as Thunderbird or classic Outlook, when you want Juno mail on the desktop.
8. Ignore outdated Juno access paths
This fixes old setup instructions that point away from current webmail and POP setup.
Do not use older Juno desktop software steps as the normal Juno webmail route.
Use Juno Email on the Web in a browser for webmail access.
Use Juno POP and SMTP settings for modern email apps that support manual setup.
If you hit Account not authenticated by ISP server pop.juno.com, that means remote access is turned off on the account, and Juno documents that you cannot sign in to Email on the Web until it is turned back on, even from the computer where you disabled it.
Juno's remedy is Options > Password and Security in the Juno software, or a call to Juno support if that computer is gone.
This is the one case where the old desktop software is part of the fix rather than a detour.
9. Switch devices when setup is blocked
Try Juno webmail in a regular browser first.
Try adding the account in a personal email app that supports POP and SMTP.
When a work or school device blocks personal mail accounts, use a personal device.
Keep Juno webmail as the fallback when an app does not accept the account settings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use my Juno member ID or full email address?
Use only the member ID before @juno.com on the direct Juno Email on the Web login page. Use the full [email protected] address for mail app email address and username fields.
Is there an official Juno mobile app?
Juno does not currently document an official mobile app. Use Juno webmail in a browser or add Juno to a mail app with POP and SMTP.
What if Gmail only offers IMAP during setup?
Use Juno webmail, or a mail app that supports manual POP setup such as Thunderbird or classic Outlook. Gmail on the web is not a general answer anymore: its Check mail from other accounts feature stopped accepting new users after the first quarter of 2026 and ends for existing users in January 2027. The verified Juno setup source lists POP3 and SMTP, not IMAP.
How many Juno accounts can Gmail check through POP?
Google's documented limit is up to five added addresses, but that only helps if you already have the feature. Gmail on the web stopped supporting new users of Check mail from other accounts after the first quarter of 2026, and existing users lose it in January 2027, so set up Juno webmail or a POP-capable mail app instead.
