Google rolls out an enhanced tool finder in Sheets, Docs, and Slides toolbar

Google introduces an enhanced tool finder in the toolbar of Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides. This feature will allow users to search for the name of the menu item or a description of the feature they need, and will show relevant suggestions based on recent actions.
Users can access the tool finder by clicking into the search bar, which will also display recent actions. The new feature aims to help users "discover" often-used tools and features, and is set to replace the current search function, which will eventually be phased out.
Rollout of the enhanced tool finder began on April 25 for select Google Workspace customers, with May 10 marking the next wave of rollouts. Personal Google accounts will also receive the update, likely by the end of May.
