Sharing your screen in Google Hangouts is relatively simple. Here is what you need to do:

  • When you are on a call, click three dots that are located in the top-right corner of the screen
  • In the menu that will appear, select the option “Share screen”
  • The next thing you are required to do when a pop-up shows up is to select whether you want to share your entire screen (set by default), or you want to share the Application Window
  • Finally, tap Share.

That is all you need to do in order to share a screen with others during a video call.

Screen sharing is useful in many situations, and if you are using Google Hangouts, you can share the screen within seconds.
