Ways to fix Galaxy S4 won’t connect to Wi-Fi saved secured

Method 1

> First do the entire network reset.

> Unplug the power to modem, router and your VOIP phone adaptor (if you have). Switch off your phone and wait for few seconds.

> Again plug in the modem and wait for the light to be fixed. It usually takes 1 minute.

> Now plug in the router and wait for the light to be stabilized.

> Plug in the VOIP adaptor.

> Switch on your phone.

Now try to connect your phone to the Wi-Fi and the problem should be fixed by this process.

 

Method 2

There is another attempt to fix Galaxy S4 won’t connect to Wi-Fi saved secured. Follow the below steps to work out with this method.

> Go to the settings in your phone.

> Select Wi-Fi.

> Click on the ‘Advanced’ button.

> Select Wi-Fi frequency band and choose the 2.4 GHz only.

This method is also helpful to fix the issue.

 

Method 3

The problem might be related to the router also. If your router is very old, then updating it with the latest version can fix the problem for you.

 

Method 4

Check the Wi-Fi connection if it is on or OFF. It may sound funny but if you accidentally switch off the Wi-Fi connection, then it shows the error. Drag the status bar in the screen and it will say if it is ON or OFF. If the Wi-Fi is off, then turn it on to fix the saved secured issue on Galaxy S4.

Any of the above methods can help you to overcome this error.
