Windows Phone 8 came up with a lot of features and with slick interface and these things make many people to buy Windows Phone 8 devices. However, as like other smart phones flaws are also there in Windows Phone 8 devices. Lots of users have been complaining about several problems on their handset such as fast battery drain, screen freezing, random rebooting and many others. 1First of all, uninstall the Skype application from your Windows Phone 8 devices and then force sync for all the problem accounts. It should fix the problem, and then again, you can reinstall the Skype app on your device without any further problems.

2If you see that the first step fails to solve syncing problem on Windows Phone 8, then turn off your mobile data and Wifi. Then reboot your phone and again turn them on.

3If still problem is there, try to unlink your Microsoft account from Skype account and then repeat the first step again.

4If all these above steps do not work, contact with your retailer and tell them about the problem.
