  1. Do a complete factory reset. Latest update ignore. Hopefully you’ll have passwords saved in Samsung cloud, if not, write them down. Always good to have passwords saved on paper as a back up. I spoke with At&t they said well you can get a new phone, really at 700.00 – 1,000 yeah not happening. Just do a factory reset.

  2. Here is a solution that no one has mentioned and it has worked for me this morning. Go to your “Permissions” and make sure all the permission buttons are “on” so that your phone can update at any given time. My phone is now updating over 25 apps that for the past month, could not.
