  • Also, try to update your profile. For that turn off the Galaxy S5, take out the SIM card and SD-card if you use and leave the phone in this condition for 5 minutes. Now put everything back and power on the phone. Next, navigate to Settings> About Phone> Update profile and then check.

  • Turn off your device first.
