Overheating–>I feel like some hot pan is in my hand when i hold my phone in few mins of use.
I have a bad experience from customer care/support in Bangalore.

  2. So disappointed with this phone, with the overheating problems and it just opening apps on it’s on. Very frustrating. I did all the processes. Let’s see if it works.

      1. Please try the other methods to fix the problem permanently i.e-
        1. Clear Cache
        2. Reboot in safe mode
        3. Close the background apps
        4. Factory reset.

Try these methods one by one and see the results.
