This is a very irritating issue if are not able to download apps from Play store. However, don’t worry as this is just a fault of Google Play store, and it can be solved easily by few methods. Find out the below methods to remove this issue.
Methods to fix the issue
Clearing the cache and data from Google Play Store can solve this issue. In order to do this, you need to follow the below steps.
> First head to the menu key and click on it.
> Go to the System settings.
> Tap General and look for the Device option.
> Press the ‘App’ and swipe left to get ‘All’.
> You will get the Google play Store here which needs to be pressed.
> Tap the clear cache and then Clear Data.
> Click ‘Ok’ to go ahead with the process.
The process is completed and the issue of not able to download apps from Play Store should be fixed. However, all the settings will be lost during this process, which requires you to set up the Play store accounts again.
Reboot your phone. If the first method is not successful, then go for the second method to solve the issue. Uninstall the updates first by going to the Play store and then reboot the phone.
> First turn off your phone.
> Now press and hold the power button and the Volume down button together until you see a hard reset screen.
> Select the option reboot and press the power button again to confirm it.
> Reboot process will be started and then restart the phone once completed.
This method involves factory reset to solve the issue not able to download apps from Play store. However, you will lose all the data so back up all the data before going ahead with this process.
This is done by pressing and holding the power and volume down buttons together. Then the factory reset option will be visible in the screen. Select that option to Factory reset.
