Before you try the following steps make sure that Auto Sync option is checked by going to Settings > Accounts & sync.

> Sometimes battery saver mode may cause Email Not Syncing On Galaxy S3 issue. Though this feature is very effective, but sometimes it blocks some of the important applications or services that are important. You do not need to disable this option if it is enabled, simply uncheck Block Background Data. To do that:

Navigate to Settings > Power saver mode and then uncheck the Block Background.

> Removing the Exchange account and then reinstalling the same may fix the Email Not Syncing On Galaxy S3.

> If the above steps fail to fix the problem, clear the cache of the email app, remove the Google account and then add it again.

> Toggle the Airplane mode or restart the phone. It may solve the problem temporarily, but there is chance of occurring the issue again.

> If you suspect the problem has started after installing any specific app, then uninstall the same.

> If all the above steps fail, then you need to conduct a factory reset after creating a backup of all important data.
