Make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app
- If you own Android, go to Play Store, tap on the hamburger icon then tap on My apps and games. Tap Update All.
- If you own an iPhone, go to App Store, tap on your profile icon and then tap Updates.
Force Close Fitbit app
