Fixing streaming problems
The most common fixes for the streaming problems are as follows.

- Make sure you have a stable internet connection. If you doubt that, restart your connection like mobile data or your Wi-Fi.
- Close your Disney+ app and restart it again.
- Also, you can try to sign out and sign in to your Disney plus account again.
- One more possible solution is just to clear cache files (temporary files) from your streaming device and then restart the app.
Some of the most common error codes and their fixes are discussed below.
Error code 24 – Wi-Fi issue
This error code usually appears when your Wi-Fi connection speed drops. An easy solution for this is to reboot or reset the router. If the issue is still there, call your internet provider and report the problem.
Error code 39 – Xbox One issue
As the title says, it appears for the Xbox One users. Just make sure you are not streaming your content simultaneously on any other devices other than your gaming console. If you found one, just quit the service on that device and refresh your Xbox One.
Error code 42 – Connectivity issues
This is also another major problem faced by most of the viewers.
Firstly, it could be a server issue from the Disney side itself. Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot do anything other than wait for some time because it may be due to the overwhelming response to content from the subscribers.
Secondly, this error code appears when there is an internet connectivity issue. Check your internet speed and make sure it is above 5 Mbps for HD content and above 25 Mbps for the 4K contents. Also, you can check your Wi-Fi modem settings and check for latest the firmware update.
Error code 73 – Location availability issue
This error code appears when there is an availability issue. Some contents from the Disney+ services are specific to a particular location. You may encounter this error when you try to view contents that are not entitled to your location. In this case, you can use any VPN service to switch to the respective region and view that content.
Error code 83 – Device compatibility problem
It’s been one of the major issues reported by the subscribers which mean there is a compatibility problem with your device. First, power cycle your device (Turn off and on). Secondly, make sure you download the Disney+ app from the App Store or Play Store, not from a third-party site. Then, another issue may be with your operating system. Disney+ may reject your device if you run it on an older iOS or Android operating system. So, download the latest OS update provided by the OEMs.
