What You're Getting

• Quad-band WiFi 7 supports uses such as 4K/8K streaming, AR/VR gaming, and downloads, with performance varying by conditions, distance, and obstacles.
• Wired connections include one 10 Gbps Ethernet/Fiber Combo WAN/LAN port, another 10 Gbps WAN/LAN port, four 2.5 Gbps ports, one 1 Gbps port, and two USB ports.
• Twelve antennas, beamforming, and TP-Link's Wi-Fi optimization support wireless coverage. A touchscreen and LED screen are also included.
• EasyMesh support lets you pair the router with compatible routers, range extenders, or wireless powerline adapters under one network name.
• TP-Link HomeShield includes free Basic Network Security, Quality of Service, and Parental Controls, alongside its premium security service.

Who This Is For

This fits buyers who want quad-band WiFi 7 and several fast wired connections in the same router. The port selection is the clearest reason to spend this much if your setup calls for both 10 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps connections. EasyMesh support also suits households extending coverage with compatible equipment.

The Caveat

A separate modem is required. The Archer BE900 is not compatible with mesh WiFi systems such as Deco, so an existing Deco setup is a poor match for its EasyMesh expansion features.

Final Verdict

Choose the Archer BE900 at $599.99 if its dual 10G ports and quad-band WiFi 7 address your network needs. Get this deal for that combination of features and a price below recent averages.
