Why This Matters

The adjustable swing arm lets you reposition the light for tasks such as reading or working at a desk, which can be useful when a fixed lamp would cast light in the wrong direction. A built-in electrical outlet adds a convenient place to plug in a phone or other small device without reaching for a wall socket. The on/off switch provides simple control, and the plug-in cord means the lamp does not rely on batteries.

What You're Getting

This lamp comes with its shade, which has a black finish, along with a black cord. It is rated for dry locations only, so it should not be used in damp or wet areas, and the listing describes a sturdy metal build that is stable and not easy to tip over.

Who This Is For

This lamp suits someone who wants a plug-in desk light with an adjustable arm for focused tasks and a built-in outlet for charging a small device. It also fits buyers who prefer a black finish that can blend with a bedroom, living room, or office.

Final Verdict

At the current price, this lamp offers a metal base, an adjustable arm, and a built-in outlet in one fixture. The main considerations are that the bulb is sold separately and the lamp is limited to dry locations.
