For just $3914.88, below its 30-day average of $4297.05. This price undercuts the camera's recent pricing trend, making it a practical choice for filmmakers who've been tracking this model. The discount arrives without a major sales event driving it.

What You're Getting

The Sony Alpha FX3 delivers 4K full-frame capture with 15+ stops of dynamic range and high sensitivity. S-Cinetone color science provides a cinematic look inspired by Sony's VENICE cinema cameras.

You get up to 4K 120p 10-bit 4:2:2 recording with full pixel readout across all modes. The cage-free design includes ¼"-20 mounting points and works with an optional XLR top handle. An internal cooling fan enables uninterrupted 4K 60p recording.

Who This Is For

Best for independent filmmakers and content creators needing professional cinema features in a compact package. This camera suits run-and-gun shooters who value cage-free operation and want Sony's color science.

The Caveat

This is a cinema camera first, lacking some still photography features found in Sony's Alpha series. The compact design means fewer physical controls than larger cinema cameras.

Final Verdict

At $3914.88, the FX3 delivers professional cinema features at a price that makes sense for serious content creators. If you need 4K 120p, S-Cinetone color, and cage-free operation, this discount provides immediate value.
