For just $1799.99, below its 30-day average of $1982.92. The system typically hovers around $1980, making this a worthwhile dip for anyone who's been tracking its pricing. While not a historic low, it's a solid $182 reduction from what you'd normally pay.

What You're Getting

The Chronos 3 packs AMD's Ryzen 5 9600X processor with boost speeds up to 5.4GHz, paired with NVIDIA's RTX 5070 12GB graphics card. You get 16GB of DDR5 RAM running at 6000MHz and a 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD for fast load times. The system includes a high-performance air cooler, 850W Gold PSU, Wi-Fi connectivity, and comes with Windows 11 Home pre-installed. Skytech throws in a free gaming keyboard and mouse, and the white chassis features front mesh for improved airflow.

Who This Is For

Best for gamers who want a ready-to-play 1440p system without the hassle of building from scratch. This configuration handles modern titles at Ultra settings with smooth 60+ FPS gameplay.

It's also ideal for content creators who need solid CPU and GPU performance for editing and rendering tasks. Skip if you're looking for 4K gaming dominance or require more than 16GB of RAM for heavy multitasking.

The Caveat

The 16GB RAM might feel limiting for some modern games and creative workflows that benefit from 32GB. While the RTX 5070 is capable, it's not the top-tier option for maxed-out 4K gaming. The included air cooler works fine but doesn't offer the thermal headroom of premium liquid cooling solutions.

Final Verdict

At $1799.99, this Skytech Chronos 3 delivers strong 1440p gaming performance with current-generation components. The $182 savings versus its typical pricing makes it a sensible buy if you need a capable gaming PC now.

Wait if you're holding out for deeper discounts during major sales events or want to build a custom system with specific component choices.
