What You're Getting

The Samsung 85-inch Class Neo QLED QN990F 8K Mini LED Smart TV delivers Samsung's most advanced AI-powered 8K processor, which uses 768 AI neural networks to upscale content to stunning 8K resolution. You're getting phenomenal clarity with Samsung's sharpest and smoothest picture quality, plus wireless connectivity that eliminates cable clutter around your TV.

The anti-reflection technology ensures you can watch content even with sunlight streaming through windows, while ultra-smooth motion supports gaming up to 240Hz for VRR gaming and sports. The AI processor also smooths fast-moving objects like balls and text to reduce blur and flickering during sports viewing.

Who This Is For

Best for home theater enthusiasts who want the absolute best picture quality available and have the space for an 85-inch display. This makes sense for dedicated media rooms, serious gamers who want high refresh rates, and anyone building a premium entertainment setup.

Skip this if you're looking for a budget TV or don't have the viewing distance to appreciate 8K resolution.

The Caveat

At 85 inches, this TV requires significant wall space and proper viewing distance to appreciate the 8K resolution. The price, even discounted, remains a premium investment that only makes sense for dedicated home theater setups rather than casual living room use.

Final Verdict

For $1223.35 less than its recent average pricing, this Samsung flagship delivers premium 8K technology at a more accessible price point. If you're building a serious home theater and want Samsung's best display technology, this discount makes the investment more reasonable.

Wait if you're content with 4K or need a smaller display size.
