For just $99.95, down from its list price of $199.95, these earbuds cost substantially less than their $157.11 average over 90 days. The 180-day average is $165.07, so the current offer also sits well below that longer pricing baseline. Those comparisons give the deal more weight than the list-price discount alone.

What You're Getting

• Touchscreen case: The 1.45-inch display lets you control sound when using a laptop, TV, smartphone, or tablet without accessing the JBL app on your phone.
• Adaptive noise cancellation: Four noise-sensing microphones adjust to your surroundings in real time, with custom control over how much ambient sound you let through.
• Call features: Six beamforming microphones reduce wind and noise interference. Personal Sound Amplification lets you customize ambient sound levels for calls.
• Battery and charging: Playback reaches 10 hours in the earbuds and another 30 from the case with ANC off. A 10-minute USB-C charge provides four hours of playtime, and wireless charging is supported.
• Device switching and protection: Multipoint connectivity lets you switch between Bluetooth devices, including moving from a tablet video to a phone call. The earbuds carry an IP55 rating for water and dust protection.

Who This Is For

These fit people who divide their listening between a phone and another Bluetooth device, especially when calls interrupt videos or other audio. The case controls also suit anyone who wants sound adjustments within reach while their phone stays put. Buyers who use noise cancellation should keep the battery condition in mind: the quoted 40-hour total applies with ANC off.

Final Verdict

Choose the JBL Live Buds 3 at $99.95 if you will use the touchscreen controls and device switching alongside noise cancellation. The price sits well below both supplied pricing averages, making this an easy recommendation for that combination of features.
