For just $199.99, below its 30-day average of $249.99, the monitor reaches its lowest recorded price. Its 90-day average is $258.80, while the 180-day average is $271.86. Those longer averages put the current offer below its recent pricing across all three periods, giving the discount more context than a comparison with the $399.99 list price alone.

What You're Getting

• 27-inch QHD display: The 2560 x 1440 resolution provides 3.7 million pixels for detailed games and other content.
• 280Hz refresh rate: Speed is a central feature here, paired with a specified 1ms MPRT response time with Overdrive.
• IPS Black technology: The panel supports image accuracy and consistency across 178-degree viewing angles, useful when viewing the screen from different positions.
• VESA DisplayHDR 400: Enhanced contrast, deeper shadows, and brighter highlights round out the display features alongside NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility and VESA Certified AdaptiveSync.
• Joypad display controls: The on-screen menu lets you adjust brightness, contrast, and color directly through the monitor's OSD button.

Who This Is For

This fits PC gamers who want QHD resolution and a high refresh rate in one 27-inch display, particularly those who prioritize responsive gameplay. It also suits a desk used for both gaming and everyday work, with resolution and viewing angles that matter beyond a game session. Choose it because those features match your setup; the discount is most useful when you will actually use the screen's gaming capabilities.

Final Verdict

The combination of QHD resolution, 280Hz refresh, and IPS Black technology makes this a focused upgrade for gamers shopping around $200. Get the HP OMEN for $199.99 if that feature mix matches your next display, with $50 off its 30-day average.
