What You're Getting

The Sense 2 is Fitbit's most advanced health smartwatch. It packs all-day stress detection with cEDA and a daily Stress Management Score, an ECG app for atrial fibrillation assessment, irregular heart rhythm notifications, SpO2 monitoring, and a full health metrics dashboard. On the activity side, you get built-in GPS with workout intensity mapping, a Daily Readiness Score, Active Zone Minutes, 24/7 heart rate tracking, 40-plus exercise modes, and water resistance to 50 meters. Sleep tracking includes a personalized Sleep Profile, daily sleep stages and Sleep Score, plus a smart wake alarm. The watch also handles on-wrist Bluetooth calls, texts, and notifications, and comes with Amazon Alexa built-in, Fitbit Pay, Google Wallet, and Google Maps (Android only). Battery life is rated at six-plus days.

Who This Is For

Best for anyone who wants deep health metrics without paying Apple Watch prices. The stress management tools, ECG, and sleep analysis make this a strong pick for people focused on overall wellness rather than just step counts.

If you already own a Fitbit Versa 4 or Charge 6, the upgrade is worth considering for the ECG and cEDA sensors alone.

The Caveat

The Sense 2 does not have a speaker for taking calls directly on the wrist -- you can answer, but you will need your phone nearby for the audio. Google Maps navigation is also limited to Android at this point.

If those features matter, the Versa 4 or a Wear OS watch might fit better.

Final Verdict

At $199.95. This is a rare discount below its recent averages for one of the most capable health wearables on the market. If stress tracking, ECG, and sleep analytics are on your list, this price makes the decision easy.
