For just $593, down from its list price of $699.99, the router costs $91.09 less than its $684.09 average over the past 30 days. The longer comparisons support the discount too: its 90-day average is $662.15, and its 180-day average is $640.71. The recorded low is $549.96, so the case here is a price below recent averages rather than a record-setting offer.

What You're Getting

• Quad-band WiFi 7 with speeds of up to 30 Gbps, plus 320MHz channels in the 6 GHz band and 4096-QAM to increase network capacity and throughput.
• Multi-link Operation connects across multiple bands at the same time to support stable connections and efficient data transfers.
• External dual-feeding antennas designed to improve coverage and signal strength.
• Two 10G ports and four 2.5G ports provide wired connectivity alongside the wireless features.
• Triple-Level Game Acceleration prioritizes PC gaming traffic along the path from the gaming port to the game server.

Who This Is For

PC gamers who want traffic prioritization and multiple high-speed wired connections are the clearest fit. It also belongs on the shortlist for buyers building a network around WiFi 7 and multi-gigabit Ethernet, with both connection types covered in one router. If your shopping list calls for a basic router and those features serve no specific purpose, the $593 spend is harder to justify.

Final Verdict

The wired port selection and gaming features make this discount useful for buyers who have a clear job for them. Choose the GT-BE98 Pro at Amazon for $593 if those capabilities match your network plans, with $106.99 off the listed price.
