Smartwatch pricing is notoriously messy. Retailers regularly inflate MSRPs to make discounts look bigger than they are, and most "sales" are just returning to a normal street price.
We pulled three deals that break that pattern -- real cuts on watches from Garmin, Samsung, and Google that actually undercut what these models typically sell for. Garmin Vivoactive 5, Health Fitness GPS Smartwatch (Black) drops to $189.99 - save $110. That is 37 percent off a watch that rarely sees this kind of reduction outside of Black Friday.

Garmin Vivoactive 5, Health Fitness GPS Smartwatch (Black)

All three watches serve different ecosystems and use cases, but the pricing on each is genuinely better than what we typically see. The Garmin Vivoactive 5 at $189.99 is $110 below its usual sticker -- an uncommon discount for a watch that regularly holds near MSRP outside of major sale periods. The Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 LTE at $204 cuts 38 percent off and adds cellular connectivity, making it the strongest value in Samsung's current lineup. The Pixel Watch 4 at $396 is only 21 percent off, but it is Google's newest model and the discount includes the LTE version with a two-year data plan.
If you want a fitness-first watch with week-plus battery life, grab the Garmin Vivoactive 5. If you are in the Samsung ecosystem and want Galaxy AI features with LTE, the Watch 7 at $204 is a no-brainer.
Pixel users should jump on the Watch 4 LTE before the 21 percent discount disappears -- that two-year data plan sweetens the deal considerably. All three prices are worth locking in now.
