As we have discussed in our previous article “Apple Free of Charge Program You Should Know “, Apple is concerned about their customer satisfaction, and that’s why they launched some programs related to it. Through this program, the customer who has bought an Apple product can see how responsible the company is. Not all programs run smoothly.

One of the programs that have been awaited by many users was the program related to  MacBook Pro 15 inch 2011  graphic failure. Before Apple finally started the program, users created the petition through the court, to fight for their rights, and make Apple react accordingly.

5. Macbook Pro 15 inch 2011

The main issue of MacBook Pro 15 inch 2011 is graphic failure with the symptoms like blank white freezing after the system boots up, distorted video and multiple line green on the LCD display.

Requirements:

  • Macbook Pro 15 Inch early 2011 and late 2011 model
  • Macbook Pro 17 Inch early 2011 and late 2011 model
  • Macbook Pro retina 15 Inch mid 2012 and early 2013
  • Then Macbook Pro has passed the video system test first to make sure the Macbook Pro has a GPU failure.

6. Swollen Battery

If your Apple battery is getting swollen, you send a request to the Apple Authorized Service Provider to review and exchange that battery with the new one. Contact the Applecare as well, for the certainty of replacement. Usually Apple will change your battery.

Requirement:

For iOS device, make sure your device has never been serviced at unauthorized service provider before.

 

7. Bottom Case delamination Macbook white unibody

If you own a Macbook white unibody year 2009 and 2011 that has an issue on the bottom case like some or the whole of rubber case is released from the bottom case, you better contact Apple Authorized Service Provider to exchange or replace it. This program applies for the MacBook, which was purchased less than three years ago, but Apple gave an extension on four years. Get the genuine invoice ready just in case Apple Authorized Serviced Provider will need it.

 

8. Flash Storage Macbook Air 2012

If you own MacBook air 11 inch and 13 inch mid 2012, perhaps you have noticed that some little parts, such as flash storage, have some sort of defect Bring your MacBook Air to the Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Requirements:

  • Macbook Air 11 inch mid 2012 with 64GB or 128GB flash storage
  • Macbook Air 13 inch mid 2012 with 64GB or 128GB flash storage
