Solution No.1: Check the settings

To be able to send picture messages, make sure that MMS and iMessages are enabled. Here is how to check it:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Messages
  • See if iMessage and MMS are enabled. If they are not, change the settings.


Solution No.2: Restart your phone

When experiencing a problem with your device, one of the solutions you always have at your disposal is to restart your phone.
