 Solution No.1: Close the apps running in the background.

When you are multitasking on your iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s, there are many apps running in the background. All that affects the memory of your phone, and it can be the reason why the camera won’t work normally. Tap on the home button twice, and you will see all those apps. Swipe up to close the apps you want. Try using the camera app again.
