  2. In Hardware section, select Energy Saver.
  3. Click Schedule
  4. To set the time to enter sleep mode, select Sleep from the drop-down menu. Use the appropriate drop-down menus to specify when you want the device to enter into the sleep mode.
  5. Click OK.

Bluetooth devices such as keyboard or mouse can wake up your Mac. Open Bluetooth preferences, click Advanced, then uncheck “Allow Bluetooth devices to wake this computer”.
