This is such a cool feature – with only a few taps you can send your current whereabouts to your friends and family using the messages on your watch.

How to share your location using the Apple Watch

To share your location using your Watch, do the following:

Launch the Messages app on your Apple Watch

Press firmly if you want to start a new conversation or tap on the conversation with the person you want to send your whereabouts to
When the conversation opens press hard on the display
Now tap Send Location

Your contact will receive your current location! Awesome!

Note: If you change your whereabouts, your contact won’t be automatically updated, so you need to send your location again.
