R6 is considered one of the most interesting shooters in the format of confrontation between terrorists and special forces after CS GO, due to the high degree of destructibility and tactical techniques that players can use during each round and the entire match.
You will think through tactics and strategies in defense and attack in order to knock out terrorists and protect hostages and defuse a bomb playing for special forces, or hold the defense playing for terrorists.
You need to plan your tactics wisely and count not only on strategic thinking, but also on the possibility of explosions in many areas of houses, which must be taken into account by both police stormtroopers and defenders.
You need to think through and win rounds to accumulate victories and decide which team will emerge victorious from the match.
For regular victories in matches, you will be able to accumulate a rating, which will reflect your level of play, but in case of defeats, you will, on the contrary, reduce it.
The more matches you play and at the same time train your shooting, the faster and better you will progress in the rating, but if you cannot rely on your team, then you can always order a rating increase from the Skycoach service to try to play against the best players and even if you gradually reduce it, you will still gain invaluable experience, or gain a foothold in a higher and more difficult rank.
Shooting
If you want to significantly increase the number of victories in your rounds, then you need to train shooting - accuracy and reaction in order to qualitatively influence the outcome of the round, because no matter how cunning and strategic your opponent is, you always have a chance to shoot him in battle, which will often decide the outcome of each round.
You need to train your primary and secondary weapons because you never know what equipment you will be fighting with and in what situation.
Train in the use of assault rifles and pistols, because these are one of the best weapons with good damage and penetration of fortifications.
The good thing about the pistol is that you can quickly switch it and finish off wounded enemies.
Learn to shoot single rounds to destroy enemies at long range and shoot accurately, with every chance of hitting the head, but often you will have literally a few shots, after which the enemy will start shooting back, and you risk dying, so you need to be able to aim quickly and smoothly on the target and pull the trigger, both in a situation when the enemy is standing in one position and when he is moving - all this will help increase the likelihood of a successful boost in R6.
When you enter the building itself, or face an enemy at medium and close distance, you will need to shoot quickly but effectively - single fire is not suitable, because in contact battles damage and speed decide, so you need to use three rounds of fire, or automatic fire.
Shooting three rounds at a time requires a little concentration, or rather, the correct release of the left mouse button so that exactly three bullets fly out, and your sight does not go much up or down.
This type of shooting adds a chance that at least one bullet will hit the target, and if there are two, or all three, then the chance of destroying the enemy will be very high.
Automatic fire is simple and complex at the same time. On the one hand, this is a huge number of bullets, some of which have every chance of hitting the target, but at the same time, if you do not learn to control the main direction of the shots, they will simply fly away in all arbitrary directions and will not cause significant damage to the enemy. This is the most unstable and unreliable method of shooting and also consumes a lot of ammunition, so it should be used in very extreme cases.
Tactics
Each side has three types of tactics that need to be used in different situations and alternated between them to achieve results and win rounds that will win the match and get a rank boost in Rainbow Six Siege.
You can choose between passive, normal and aggressive play according to your strategy.
The passive playstyle is a cautious format that puts defensive players on tight defenses, fortifying walls and dangerous parts of the house and holding positions without scouting and simply using their defenses as their strongest weapons.
Essentially, in this version, you take cover and do not allow yourself to be seen before the attack and have every chance of destroying the enemies first.
It is difficult for an attack to play passively - special forces can slow down their gameplay to check if the terrorists will play aggressively, this is what passive play is all about - increased caution and preparation for aggressive situations.
The usual gameplay for both teams is to do maximum reconnaissance, try to find out where more defencists are located and launch an assault at an advantageous point on the map.
An aggressive style is beneficial for both teams, but there is always a risk and such tactics will not work in every round, because the team will sooner or later switch to a passive model and will not allow you to take these rounds in the future.
It is advantageous for special forces to play aggressively due to the fact that this strategy allows them to break into the map before the defenders take up serious defense and erect barricades.
For terrorists, this is both a profitable but also a dangerous strategy, which allows them to destroy several special forces players, or at least one, which will make a further assault in a minority extremely difficult.
Boosting
If you often find yourself with players who do not match your level of play and your boost in Rainbow Six Siege will remain in place for a long time.
You can order upgrading your rank from the Skycoach service to get the required rank and start playing with more professional players and against similar opponents.
It may well be that your level is enough to securely gain a foothold in the new rank, and if it doesn’t work out, then you will gain invaluable experience, which in any case will improve your gameplay.
